Went in for the first time today, never really caught my eye before but one the artists I like, Sarah Duffield had some of her work on display there. On entering I was quietly pleased at the simple aesthetic of the gallery. Everything is arranged so you can see and appreciate it all. Small case units contain (and display on top) a myriad of pieces while the walls are adorned with artwork of various styles. Prices range from a few pounds to a few hundred. Several pieces caught my eye including some delightful little tile characters and a beautiful wooden carved penguin. And artwork by Hattie & Sarah were also a temptation. Today I managed to keep my wallet moths from escaping. Next time though, I’ll be looking for shelf and wall space at home. Well done, Shoreham Gallery - looking good!

This is a lovely artist space.  There is a core of artists and different guest artists each month.  I have bought gift vouchers for friends having significant birthdays so that they can choose an item for themselves.  I also buy cards because I like something unusual and handmade. Sweet little gallery, run as a cooperative of artists so the person in the shop can always explain more. There's also a garden, the month we went the garden had garden sculpture suitable for outside use
