Pastel Pictures, Painted Shells and Stones and Small Clay Sculptures
Claudine is a French artist based in Worthing. She paints shells and pebbles, draws pastel pictures and makes small clay sculptures.
Her immersion in the arts world began in 2006 when she enrolled in an MA in Transpersonal Arts Therapy at the University of Chichester. During this course of study, her artwork, shaped by the invisible world of feelings and inner experiences, took the form of dreamy, shadowy images. Though giving form to the inner world, for Claudine remains the true meaning of Art, much of her current work is shaped by the external world. She currently mainly creates small silhouette work (often romantic) on shells, pebbles and paper.
