Anna Tilson
One of the artists you’ll meet is Anna Tilson, whose mosaics are full of charm and nostalgia. Inspired by the romance of a Victorian boudoir and the cosy elegance of a 1930s tearoom, Anna works with vintage china sourced from flea markets and charity shops. Old plates and teacups, once tucked away at the back of cupboards, are carefully broken and reimagined into something new and beautiful. Anna’s collection includes small decorations, wall art, statement mirrors and even elegant side tables – all perfect for adding personality to your home.
Brenda and Tony Payne
Also featured at the gallery are Brenda and Tony Payne, a husband-and-wife team. Working from their garden studio in Southwick, they create distinctive pieces for the home and garden, often using salvaged and reclaimed materials that give their work a sense of history and soul. Each piece starts as a hand-drawn design, before being brought to life using a state-of-the-art laser alongside traditional making skills. An exciting new range of clocks has recently been added to their collection. Look out for more designs coming soon. Their work feels modern yet timeless – carefully made, meaningful and full of warmth.
Sarah Bridgland
Then there’s Sarah Bridgland, whose journey into fused glass began unexpectedly while studying art and design. Captivated by the rich colours and tactile beauty of glass, Sarah now creates a delightful range of pieces from her studio. Think shimmering sun catchers, birds, sailboats and charming animals, alongside practical items like dishes and spoon rests. She also makes striking jewellery designed to catch the light beautifully. Every piece is cut by hand, making each one unique – ideal for thoughtful gifts or adding a splash of colour to your home.
